The CHDA is providing ongoing technical and advisory support to the Vusisizwe Tree Nursery at Qhumanco.
To date, the nursery has been assisted with fundraising, from which R250 000 was raised from NDA (National Development Agency), as well as refurbishing of the irrigation system in the existing tunnel infrastruture for the irrigation of tree seedlings.
The agency is also responsible for marketing and brokering of sale agreements, from which sale agreements have been secured with PG Bison and Hans Merensky.
