Quotations are hereby requested for Supply and Delivery of Carpentry Tools according to the following terms of reference/specification:

PLEASE NOTE:

THE GOODS WILL BE DELIVERED TO CHDA OFFICES AT NO. 15 WARNER ST. IN KOMANI.
APPOINTED SERVICE PROVIDER WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE SAMPLES / PICTURES FOR EACH OF THE REQUIRED ITEMS.

The closing date and time for the submission of quotations is Thursday, the 27^th of October 2022 @ 12h00.

Suppliers must take particular note of the following:

COMPULSORY SUBMISSION DOCUMENTS, EVEN IF THEY WERE SUBMITTED BEFORE.
Submit a copy of the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration summary report
Service providers should also complete & submit the MBD 4 form to declare the interest of the Directors of the Company
Submit the valid B-BBEE certificate
Submit a valid Tax Compliance Pin document
If a supplier is not a VAT vendor, VAT must not be included, otherwise all the prices must include VAT.
Written commitment of delivery within 7 days from the date of issue of purchase order must be provided
