REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

Quotations are hereby requested for Diagnosis and Repairs of New Holland Tractors according to the specification below:

Diagnosis & repairers of three New Holland Tractors T6090
Summit Quotation for repairs and repair tractors as per diagnosis report
It is compulsory for the service providers to do the inspection of tractors before submission of quotation.
The Vin Numbers for the tractors are as follows

The diagnosis and repairs will be done at Qamata Mechanisation Centre which is 64kM away from Queenstown along R61 and 15 KM from Cofimvaba towards Queenstown.

Suppliers must take particular note of the following:

COMPULSORY SUBMISSION DOCUMENTS, EVEN IF THEY WERE SUBMITTED BEFORE;
Service provider must submit diesel mechanic certificate
Service provider is required to submit a proof of two related services undertaken by the entity to ensure the experience and quality of required service
Submit a copy of the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration summary report.
Service providers should also complete & submit the MBD 4 form to declare the interest of the Directors of the Company.
Submit the valid B-BBEE certificate
Submit a valid Tax Clearance Certificate /Pin
If a supplier is not a VAT vendor, VAT must not be included, otherwise all the prices must include VAT.
