REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

Quotations are hereby requested for the Procurement of items for the Chris Hani District Renewable energy roundtable seminar

(According to specification/ TOR below:

29 September 2022: 1X Venue in Komani to accommodate 150 people.

Conference package which consists of the following:

Led Screen

PA system with Mic

150 X Morning tea (coffee/juice/scones/muffins/sandwiches).

150 X Lunch with soft drinks.

300 X 500 ml Water for morning and afternoon.

150 X Afternoon tea (tea/ biscuits)

The closing date and time for the submission of quotation is Friday 02/09/2022 @ 11H:00

Proposals/quotations must be emailed to kwanele@chda.org.za & linda@chda.org.za

Suppliers must take particular note of the following:

COMPULSORY SUBMISSION DOCUMENTS, EVEN IF THEY WERE SUBMITTED BEFORE.

Submit a copy of the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration summary report (If it was never submitted before)
Service providers should also complete & submit the MBD 4 form to declare the interest of the Directors of the Company (If the MBD 4 Form was never submitted with the Supplier Database forms)
Submit the valid B-BBEE certificate (If it was never submitted before)
Submit a copy of the SARS TAX COMPLIANCE PIN DOCUMENT
If a supplier is not a VAT vendor, VAT must not be included, otherwise all the prices must include VAT.
The standard rate for meals is R 350.00

Evaluation criteria (Only applicable to quotations equal to/ above R 30 000.00)
