REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE HIRING OF CONFERENCE VENUE AND FACILITIES FOR CHRIS HANI ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND INVESTMENT SUMMIT TO BE HELD AT KOMANI CBD ON THE 13^TH AND 14^TH OF JULY 2022, ACCORDING TO THE SPECIFICATION BELOW:

Hotel/Guest House with land space for 2 Marquee Tents to accommodate 300 people (One for Summit and one for Lunch).
200 Conference Package (Morning Tea/Coffee/Juice with Sandwiches/Lunch/Afternoon Tea with Crackers/Venue (2 Conference Rooms accommodating 200 people)

Suppliers must take particular note of the following:

COMPULSORY SUBMISSION DOCUMENTS, EVEN IF THEY WERE SUBMITTED BEFORE;
Submit a copy of the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration summary report
Service providers should also complete & submit the MBD 4 form to declare the interest of the Directors of the Company
Submit the valid B-BBEE certificate
Submit a valid Tax Clearance Certificate /Pin
If a supplier is not a VAT vendor, VAT must not be included, otherwise all the prices must include VAT.
