REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (EXTENSION WITH AMENDED SPECIFICATION)

Quotations are hereby requested for the Supply and Installation of NEW HOLLAND TRACTORS’ (T95 ) TYRES, ISUZU BAKKIE TYRES AND BALDEN DISCS according to the following specifications / terms of reference:

NEW HOLLAND TD95
- Rear tyres size 18.4R34 X 4
- Front tyres size 340/85 R24 X 4
ISUZU BAKKIE
- 215/70R16C X 8
BALDEN DISC
- Size 11L-15SL X 4
The above required goods must be delivered to the CHDA’s Qamata Mechanisation Centre which is 60 km from Komani and 15 km from Cofimvaba within seven days after the Purchase Order has been awarded.

The closing date and time for the submission of quotations is Monday 14 February 2022 @10h00

Suppliers must take particular note of the following:

COMPULSORY SUBMISSION DOCUMENTS, EVEN IF THEY WERE SUBMITTED BEFORE;
Submit a copy of the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration summary report
The required services to be rendered within 7 days after receipt of purchase order.
Proof (copies of Purchase Orders or of appointment letters with contactable referees’ details) which indicates that a minimum of two similar services have been rendered satisfactory to other clients or to CHDA must be submitted before any service provider’s quote can be accepted.
Service providers should also complete & submit the MBD 4 form to declare the interest of the Directors of the Company
Submit the valid B-BBEE certificate
Submit a valid Tax Clearance Certificate /Pin
If a supplier is not a VAT vendor, VAT must not be included, otherwise all the prices must include VAT.
