REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

Quotations are hereby requested for the Provision of Job Evaluation and TASK Grading Services on an Ad-hoc Basis over a Period of 12 Months

According to specification/TOR below:

Job evaluation and TASK grading: Job evaluation and TASK grading / salary benchmarking services in line with approved CHDA organogram / targeted priority positions

A minimum qualifying score for functionality (pre-qualification) will be 70% overall, and bids that fail to achieve the minimum qualifying score will not proceed to BBBEE and Price Assessment/ 80/20 Evaluation Assessment.

Company experience

(Minimum of 5 companies for whom job evaluation has been conducted on the TASK grading system in past 24 months with contactable references = 50 points)

Company accreditation

(Minimum accreditation to conduct TASK grading in South Africa = 20 points)

Resource expertise

(Minimum of 2 qualified and experienced assessors to be provided, with contactable references = 30 points)

Suppliers must take particular note of the following:

COMPULSORY SUBMISSION DOCUMENTS, EVEN IF THEY WERE SUBMITTED BEFORE;
Submit a copy of the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration summary report.
Service providers should also complete & submit the MBD 4 form to declare the interest of the Directors of the Company.
Submit the valid B-BBEE certificate
Submit a valid Tax Clearance Certificate /Pin
If a supplier is not a VAT vendor, VAT must not be included, otherwise all the prices must include VAT.
