Quotations are hereby requested for the Provision of Employee Vetting and Competency Assessment Services on an Ad-hoc Basis over a Period of 12 Months
According to specification/TOR below:
Confirmation of driver’s license, qualifications, security and fraud listing, criminal record checks / clearance
Cognitive ability and reasoning ability measurement
General reasoning testing
Personality and behavioural testing
Project exercise and role-playing testing in line with job specification and competency testing
Reporting and feedback
[This is inclusive of both COGTA – accredited assessment batteries for senior management in local government, as well as custom-designed assessment batteries]
(Minimum of 5 companies for whom MIE vetting assignments have been conducted in past 24 months with contactable references = 30 points.
(Minimum of 5 companies for whom COGTA-accredited competency assessments have been conducted in past 24 months with contactable references= 30 points
(Minimum of 5 companies for whom specially designed competency assessments have been conducted in past 24 months with contactable references = 20 points
(Minimum of 2 qualified and experienced psychometrists with professional accreditation to be provided, with CV and proof of qualifications =20 points, at 10 points each
