REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

Quotations are hereby requested for the Provision of Once-off Staff Training MS Project 365

According to specification/TOR below:

Training to cover as a minimum:
Setting up a project
Creating a work breakdown structure
Identifying task relationships and dependencies
Allocation of project resources
Managing work package estimates and costing.
Creating schedules
Creating resource levelled schedules.
Management of project using the MS Project 365 tool
Formatting outputs and printing reports
Managing multiple projects and multi-year projects
Training certificates to be issued.
10 participants to be trained using virtual methods of training.
A minimum qualifying score for functionality (pre-qualification) will be 70% overall, and bids that fail to achieve the minimum qualifying score will not proceed to BBBEE and Price Assessment/ 80/20 Evaluation Assessment.

(Minimum of 5 companies trained on same package/ similar projects with contactable references = 50points)

(Company accredited with Microsoft on applicable training being required =30points)

Submit a copy of the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration summary report.
Service providers should also complete & submit the MBD 4 form to declare the interest of the Directors of the Company.
Submit the valid B-BBEE certificate
Submit a valid Tax Clearance Certificate /Pin
If a supplier is not a VAT vendor, VAT must not be included, otherwise all the prices must include VAT.
