REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

Quotations are hereby requested for the Supply and Delivery of balling Twines.

(According to the following terms of reference/specification):

(160 units) 80 pairs of square baler twines (Ram Baaltou -red plastic make)

The closing date and time for the submission of quotations is Tuesday, 09 February 2021 @12hoo

Suppliers must take particular note of the following:

COMPULSORY SUBMISSION DOCUMENTS, EVEN IF THEY WERE SUBMITTED BEFORE.
The required goods to be delivered to Qamata Mechanisation Centre which is 60 km from Komani and 15 km from Cofimvaba.
A written commitment that the required goods will be delivered within 7 days after appointment date must be provided.
Submit a copy of the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration summary report.
Service providers should also complete & submit the MBD 4 form to declare the interest of the Directors of the Company.
Submit the valid B-BBEE certificate
Submit a valid Tax Clearance Certificate /Pin
If a supplier is not a VAT vendor, VAT must not be included, otherwise all the prices must include VAT.
