REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

Quotations are hereby requested for the Supply and Installation of two Tyres for Tractors, (According to the following terms of reference/specification):

Tyre for New Holland T6090 Size 520/85R38 x 1
Tyre for McCormick 7 series Size 650/65R42 x 1

The closing date and time for the submission of quotations is Thursday, 08 October 2020 @12hoo

Proposals/quotations must be emailed to kwanele@chda.org.za

Suppliers must take particular note of the following:

COMPULSORY SUBMISSION DOCUMENTS, EVEN IF THEY WERE SUBMITTED BEFORE;
Written Commitment of rendering the required services within 07 days after official appointment must be provided
The required material to be delivered to Qamata Mechanisation centre which is about 60 km from Komani and 15 km from Cofimvaba.
Submit a copy of the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration summary report
Service providers should also complete & submit the MBD 4 form to declare the interest of the Directors of the Company
Submit the valid B-BBEE certificate
Submit a valid Tax Clearance Certificate /Pin
If a supplier is not a VAT vendor, VAT must not be included, otherwise all the prices must include VAT.
