REQUEST FOR QUOTATION- EXTENSION

Quotations are hereby requested for the PROVISION OF PROPERTY RENTAL VALUATION OF KOMANI INDUSRIAL PARK PROPERTIES - SEATING   (According to the following terms of reference/specification):

  • Evaluation of presentations of rentals of Komani Industrial Park Properties – SEATING focus be on 2040, 2041, 2042, 2043, 2044. 
  • Comparison of the new evaluation data with the EMLM valuation roll
  • Recommendation of properties rental rates from 2020- 2025
  • Presentation of proposal of rentals for consensus on the final report
  • Recommended project time lines is 14 days
  • Rental Properties valuer certificate
  • 3 years experience
  • Site visit must be conducted in consultation with the project manager Mrs T Ngqoba on 045 807 4000 and or thembakazi@chda.org.za

Suppliers must take particular note of the following:

  • COMPULSORY SUBMISSION DOCUMENTS, EVEN IF THEY WERE SUBMITTED BEFORE;
  • Submit a copy of the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration summary report
  • Service providers should also complete & submit the MBD 4 form to declare the interest of the Directors of the Company
  • Submit the valid B-BBEE certificate
  • Submit a valid Tax Clearance Certificate /Pin
  • If a supplier is not a VAT vendor, VAT must not be included, otherwise all the prices must include VAT.

Evaluation criteria (Only applicable to quotations equal to/ above R 30 000.00)

  • This is an 80/20 preference points system quotation
  • Price is allocated up to 80 points
  • B-BBEE is allocated up to 20 points
