REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

Quotations are hereby requested for Supply and Delivery of 40 pairs (80 units) red-plastic baling twine.

(According to the following specification):

Supply and delivery of the following items to Qamata Mechanisation Centre which is 60 km from Komani and 15 km from Cofimvaba

Details are as follows:

40 pairs (80 units) of square baler twines (Ram Baaltou OR Equivalent - red plastic make)

Suppliers are requested to include a written commitment of delivery within 14 working days from the date of Purchase order issue.

The closing date and time for the submission of quotations is Tuesday, 02 June 2020 @12h00

Suppliers must take particular note of the following:

COMPULSORY SUBMISSION DOCUMENTS, EVEN IF THEY WERE SUBMITTED BEFORE;
Submit a copy of the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration summary report
Service providers should also complete & submit the MBD 4 form to declare the interest of the Directors of the Company
Submit the valid B-BBEE certificate
Submit a valid Tax Clearance Certificate /Pin
If a supplier is not a VAT vendor, VAT must not be included, otherwise all the prices must include VAT.
