REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

Quotations are hereby requested for the installation of Industrial Aluminium Gutters according to the following terms of reference/specification:

150 x 130 x 0.8mm Aluminium Seamless Gutter X 80 metres
Strong suitable set of gutters’ brackets
Rainwater Header Boxes X 4
Outlets X 4
150 x 150 x 0.8mm Aluminium Downpipe
110 mm Round PVC Downpipe Bends to be fitted to the available Water Tank
Remove and refit Cladding
Colour = Mill Finnish
Minimum of 5 years guarantee on all fitted material and 5 years warranty on workmanship
Contractor will require own scaffolding equipment and will be responsible for complying to regulated occupational safety measures
The required material to be fitted at the CHDA Qamata Mechanisation centre which is about 60 km from Komani and 15 km from Cofimvaba
Contractor must attend a Compulsory Site Visit on Thursday, 27 February 2020 at 11h00 in order for their quotation to be considered provided that they have also completed their details in the Compulsory Site Visit attendance register
Contractor that arrive at the Site after 11h15 will not be allowed to participate.

Suppliers must take particular note of the following:

STANDARD COMPULSORY SUBMISSION DOCUMENTS, EVEN IF THEY WERE SUBMITTED BEFORE

Proof of registration on CIDB Grading 1 GB or higher must be submitted in order for a quotation to be considered
Proof (completion certificate) of a minimum of two General Building completed projects with a value of more than R 40 000 each must be submitted in order for a quotation to be considered
A copy of the Compensation document from the Department of Labour must be submitted in order for a quotation to be considered
Submit a copy of the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration summary report
Service providers must complete & submit the MBD 4 form to declare the interest of the Directors of the Company
Submit the valid copy of the B-BBEE certificate or a Sworn Affidavit for B-BBEE Level of status of contribution
Submit a valid copy of a Tax Clearance Certificate / of a SARS Tax Pin document
If a supplier is not a VAT vendor, VAT must not be included, otherwise all the prices must include VAT.
