REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

Quotations are hereby requested for Supply and Delivery of Material according to the following terms of reference/specification:

600 Litres Castrol Agri Transplus 80w Hydraulic oil (For New Holland and Solis Tractors)
200 Litres Engine oil 15w-40 X3 (For New Holland and Solis Tractors)
Grease oil 20 kg (for Agricultural Implements)
Dot 4 Brake fluid 5 LT (For Tractor)
Anti-freeze 20 LT (For Tractor)
(20 units) of square baler twines (Ram Baaltou -red plastic make)

Suppliers must take particular note of the following:

STANDARD COMPULSORY SUBMISSION DOCUMENTS, EVEN IF THEY WERE SUBMITTED BEFORE;
Written Commitment of rendering the required services within 07 days after official appointment must be provided
The required material to be delivered to Qamata Mechanisation centre which is about 60 km from Komani and 15 km from Cofimvaba.
Submit a copy of the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration summary report
Service providers must complete & submit the MBD 4 form to declare the interest of the Directors of the Company
Submit the valid copy of the B-BBEE certificate or a Sworn Affidavit for B-BBEE Level of status of contribution
Submit a valid copy of a Tax Clearance Certificate / of a SARS Tax Pin document
If a supplier is not a VAT vendor, VAT must not be included, otherwise all the prices must include VAT.
