Service providers are required to do inspection of the required job before making quotation and the required job will be done at Qamata Mechanisation Centre located at Qamata which is 15 km form Cofimvaba and 60 km from Queenstown.

Suppliers must take particular note of the following:

COMPULSORY SUBMISSION DOCUMENTS, EVEN IF THEY WERE SUBMITTED BEFORE;

Submit a copy of the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration summary report
Service providers should also complete & submit the MBD 4 form to declare the interest of the Directors of the Company
Submit the valid B-BBEE certificate / B-BBEE Sworn Affidavit
Submit a valid Tax Clearance Certificate /Pin
Copy of the Business Profile
If a supplier is not a VAT vendor, VAT must not be included, otherwise all the prices must include VAT.
Assess what will be required to repair the New Holland T6090 tractor, Command Range.
Perform the necessary repair work to get the tractor in working order.
CHDA will not be liable for the travelling costs of none-successful bidders.
Arrangements for the tractor assessment must be made in consultation with Mr Jobela through the mobile number 0849017110.
Service provider must have certification as a Diesel Mechanic.
