REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

RFQ 008-2019/20

Quotations are hereby requested for the hiring of TLB

(According to the following terms of reference/specification):

TLB hire for 14 days ready to start as from 01 October 2019. The activity is required at one of the sites for sheep shearing sheds in Cofimvaba at a village called Esikhobeni which is about 10 km from town of Cofimvaba.

TLB will be hired at wet rates which should come with an operator and transportation to and from the indicated site.

Suppliers must take particular note of the following:

COMPULSORY SUBMISSION DOCUMENTS, EVEN IF THEY WERE SUBMITTED BEFORE;

Submit a copy of the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration summary report
Service providers should also complete & submit the MBD 4 form to declare the interest of the Directors of the Company
Submit the valid B-BBEE certificate
Submit a valid Tax Clearance Certificate /Pin
If a supplier is not a VAT vendor, VAT must not be included, otherwise all the prices must include VAT.
