Quotations are hereby requested for Assessment and repairs of a Tractor

       (According to the following terms of reference/specification :)

• Assessment and repairs of one (1) New Holland tractor T6090 at Qamata Mechanisation Centre, 60km from Queenstown on the way to Cofimvaba
• Assess what will be required to repair the New Holland T6090 tractor, Command Range.
• Perform the necessary repair work to get the tractor in working order.
• CHDA will not be liable for the travelling costs of none-successful bidders
• Arrangements for the tractor assessment must be made in consultation with Mr Jobela through the mobile number 0849017110

 The closing date and time for the submission of quotations is Monday, 06 May 2019 at 12h00.

Suppliers must take particular note of the following:

• COMPULSORY SUBMISSION DOCUMENTS, EVEN IF THEY WERE SUBMITTED BEFORE;
• Written Commitment of rendering the required services within 07 working days after official appointment must be provided
• Qualification of Diesel mechanics with Trade test certificate or Relevant Qualification, (Proof of Qualification has to be submitted).
• Only approved New Holland parts to be used when servicing
• Submit a copy of the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration summary report
• Service providers should also complete & submit the MBD 4 form to declare the interest of the Directors of the Company
• Submit the valid B-BBEE certificate
• Submit a valid original Tax Clearance Certificate
• If a supplier is not a VAT vendor, VAT must not be included, otherwise all the prices must include VAT.

Evaluation criteria (Only applicable to quotations equal to/ above R 30 000.00)

• This is an 80/20 preference points system quotation
• Price is allocated up to 80 points
• B-BBEE is allocated up to 20 points
