REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

Quotations are hereby requested for the Provision of Rental valuation Services for Kamani Industrial Park

According to specification/TOR below:

  • Identify and confirm vacant sites
  • Determine the sizes of the vacant sites
  • Recommendation of property rental rates and compare these with those of the EMLM
  • Comparison of the new evaluation data with the EMLM valuation roll
  • Recommendation of properties rental rates from 2020- 2025
  • Presentation of proposal of rentals for consensus on the final report
  • Recommended project timelines are 2 months

 

 The closing date and time for the submission of quotations is Thursday, 24 June 2021 @12hoo

Suppliers must take particular note of the following:

  • COMPULSORY SUBMISSION DOCUMENTS, EVEN IF THEY WERE SUBMITTED BEFORE;
  • A professional valuar with 3 years’ experience
  • Evaluator certificate and must be registered with South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession (SACPVP)
  • Recent appointment letters of at least two similar projects.
  • Submit a copy of the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration summary report.
  • Service providers should also complete & submit the MBD 4 form to declare the interest of the Directors of the Company.
  • Submit the valid B-BBEE certificate
  • Submit a valid Tax Clearance Certificate /Pin
  • If a supplier is not a VAT vendor, VAT must not be included, otherwise all the prices must include VAT.

Evaluation criteria (Only applicable to quotations equal to/ above R 30 000.00)

  • This is an 80/20 preference points system quotation
  • Price is allocated up to 80 points
  • B-BBEE is allocated up to 20 points
