REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

Quotations are hereby requested for Provision of comprehensive Activities

(According to the following terms of reference/specification):

Conduct comprehensive Mechanisation Activities at Farm Located at Sakhisizwe LM (Eliot). The project is located in Eliot toward Uggie direction and it is about 20 km from Eliot. The service provider will be responsible for transportation costs of the machinery to and from the project. Working condition of all machinery will be verified by the end user prior the appointment of service provider to assess it they meet the minimum standard.

Description of mechanisation services at request:

Deep Ripping (40 ha)
1^st Heavy Discing (40 ha)
2^nd Heavy Discing (40 ha)
Planting (40 ha)
1^st spraying (40 ha)
2^nd spraying (40 ha)
Topdressing (40 ha)

Appointed service provider will have to submit invoices in trenches, or after completion of each mechanisation activity.

Suppliers must take particular note of the following:

COMPULSORY SUBMISSION DOCUMENTS, EVEN IF THEY WERE SUBMITTED BEFORE;
Written confirmation that the required goods will be delivered within 7 days must be provided
Submit a copy of the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration summary report
Service providers should also complete & submit the MBD 4 form to declare the interest of the Directors of the Company
Submit the valid B-BBEE certificate
Submit a valid Tax Clearance Certificate /Pin
If a supplier is not a VAT vendor, VAT must not be included, otherwise all the prices must include VAT.
